Patchwork Grant – Oldsmar Cares

Patchwork Grants provide limited, special-circumstances financial assistance to Oldsmar residents experiencing a temporary hardship affecting basic needs such as food, shelter, health, or well-being.

Examples of eligible requests may include emergency utility assistance, housing-related emergencies, essential transportation repairs, or other one-time circumstances that create an immediate need.
Examples that are generally NOT eligible include ongoing monthly obligations without a plan for future sustainability, such as recurring personal bills, installment payments, or requests to cover regular living expenses indefinitely.
