Oldsmar Cares Gala Sponsorship Agreement
The following document defines the agreement between Oldsmar Cares, Inc. and (Sponsor) at the 15th Annual Oldsmar Cares Wine & Food Gala, a “An Evening in White” on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa.
Oldsmar Cares will:
- Recognize your business at your chosen sponsorship level, and include your logo or name in all event advertising and promotion (emails, social media posts, press releases, etc.).
- Provide two bottles of wine for each table of 8 sponsor attendees.
- Include the number of Gala tickets listed below for each sponsor level.
- Include your business logo or name in the event program and display it on main stage screens.
- Provide your business an opportunity to donate a promotional product for use by attendees of the Gala (i.e., company logo item, souvenir wine glass, wine glass charm, etc).

Sponsor will:
- Remit payment for the sponsorship level selected by January 15, 2025, to Oldsmar Cares, P.O. Box 981, Oldsmar, FL 34677, or register online here.
- Provide a high-quality logo no later than January 22, 2023. Preferred formats are vector PDF, AI, or EPS with text converted to paths. JPG or TIFF formats are also accepted.
Oldsmar Cares is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer nonprofit that provides over a dozen programs including financial assistance, food and, clothing to residents in the greater Oldsmar area.
